Seller descriptionShowHide
No hurry to sell. What is offered is arguably the single most well maintained E92 M3 on the planet. Over $30k in pure preventative maintenance and services all on record. There is no other way to describe my ownership of this car other than pure OCD and extreme anxiety about every single potential problem that has ever sniffed the E9X M3 platform. The right way in all aspects, for example, no snap on Vanos covers, full bolt on covers to make sure this engine will never fail. Some items completed within the past 10,000k miles: Rod Bearings replaced with ACL bearings for proper clearance. This is the big one, breathe easy knowing your rod bearings are theoretically not a problem ever again, if you’re a paranoid schizo like me though, I’d replace them with new ACLs or bearings of your choice when you hit the 200k mile mark. Bolt-on Vanos covers, not the snap on ones that can come off and also seize your engine just like the OEM plastic ones. Most people cheap out on this preventative maintenance because it requires retiming the cams and most do not wish to pay the premium. Europower Throttle Actuators, lifetime guarantee is provided by Europower, their throttle actuators will never go out or your money back. Fuel injectors completely replaced, ignoring this service every ~100k miles can risk injectors being stuck open, flooding your engine, and grenading it. Aluminium Valve Covers with NRW ultimate oil fill cap, no more leaking valve covers, or flaking magnesium into your oil. + no more leaking oil from the fill cap. Valve cover gaskets have been replaced, as well as the front timing cover gasket. NRW Spark plug tubes/seals, OEM ones crack and fail over time, the NRW ones have solved this issue. Changed grommets during this service as well. Full brake rotor, pad, and sensor replacement Exhaust header gasket replacement Power steering lines and reservoir replaced Coolant expansion tank replaced, coolant expansion tank bleeder screw replaced with brass one to ensure longevity Idle control valve, oil filter housing, oil pressure sender, thermostat, water pump, and all associated gaskets replaced. Engine mounts replaced, serpentine belt replaced, engine ground cable replaced and sheathed to ensure it does not corrode DCT Transmission fully serviced including cooler lines replaced, filters replaced, fluid pan gaskets replaced. 4 Piece front control arms replaced, front stabilizer bar bushings replaced with polyurethane ones for longevity Cabin and Engine air filters replaced Oil changes religiously every 3k-5k miles All non-oil fluids have been flushed and replaced within the past 5k-10k miles including differential fluid, as well as changing the differential drain plug bolts Upgraded undertray to aluminium instead of OEM plastic to protect the bottom of the engine further Battery replaced There is no such thing as an owner that has been more involved in the preservation of an E92 M3 than me. I cannot stress enough how much I wish I could go back and have found someone like myself that was willing to sell their high mileage well maintained example, rather than spending a premium for less miles, just to get stuck footing the bill for everything that inevitably needed to be done. You can risk it and end up spending 20k-30k on top of your purchase price, or you can buy mine. Either way I am in absolutely 0 hurry to sell this car, it will last literally forever as long as it is owned by me, and I still have yet to find out what could possibly replace this car for me. I just turned down an amazing deal on an M8 because when I test drove it I couldn’t help but think this is nothing compared to the E92 M3. This car has a custom double X pipe midpipe, and the rest is stock. For the time being occasionally this car will throw a service engine code for emissions due to the primary cats being deleted. I plan to get this coded out as well as tune the transmission to the GTS setup soon. I have also upgraded the infotainment system to have apple carplay and android auto. The reverse camera is installed but not wired as when it used to be spliced into the rear taillight it would fry the taillight, when I upgraded to LCI taillights I didn’t splice the reverse camera back in, if someone has found a good alternative though everything is ready for you, and once it gets power it will automatically interact with the infotainment system that’s installed. All stock parts available! From the exhaust, to the original taillights, the infotainment system, anything that has been changed on this car is available to be sold with it if you desire. I would not consider this a very modified example, I have been aiming to produce an OEM+ build, I’d say it still leans OEM unless it concerns preventative maintenance, then it has been upgraded to the extreme. Minor damage, at my old parking lot this car was sadly scraped twice while parked, same spot, driver side front bumper, traded paint is the best way to describe it. No structural damage or anything of concern. Probably could be repainted but it was so minor I never got around to exploring options over this, more focused on the mechanical reliability aspect. Open to offers, probably not open to trades but definitely willing to hear you out if you think you have something cool.
