Interior is in great shape with no rips or tears and no headliner sagging. Probably the best driving E36 I have experienced with its OEM+ setup. Tastefully modified with high quality parts including the Turner Motorsports Stage 1.5 Performance package ($1,100), Fortune Auto 510 coilovers ($2,449), Turner Motorsports Conforti performance chip, aFe air intake, Upgraded 21.5lb injectors, larger MAF sensor, Borla cat-back exhaust system ($1,014), Turner/ECS suspension reinforcement kit with subframe reinforcement ($970), Nardi Gara leather steering wheel ($450). The suspension and chassis reinforcement includes Includes ECS RTAB limiters, front strut tower brace, rear shock mount reinforcement plates, BMW strut tower plates reinforcement plates and X-Brace. The whole setup has proper corner balancing. The paint received a full correction and a Diamond ceramic coating in 2019. New Brembo pads and rotors all around at 73k miles. Always stored in a climate controlled garage. Newer matching tires all around with great tread. Comes with books, 2 keys, 2 remotes, the OEM steering wheel, the OEM intake, the OEM injectors, and the OEM chip. The only negative currently is the sound system does not work. Head unit and RCAs are brand new and set up but it needs more wiring completed and an amplifier.
