2006 E46 M3 145,244 miles

I’m selling my 2006 BMW E46 M3 Competition Package (ZCP) finished in Interlagos Blue with the 6-speed manual transmission and 145,244 miles as I recently purchased another vehicle. It is a factory 6-speed. Extensive photos and videos are available and will be provided upon request. The car has had 3 total owners and has been family-owned since 2010 and about 8,000 miles. I purchased the car from my father (second owner) in July 2021 with about 142,000 miles. Between the two of us, we’ve taken proper care of the car, regularly maintained it, and kept detailed records. It’s been a special car to our family for nearly 16 years, and I hope it will go to someone who will appreciate it the same way. The title is clean and in my name, and the Carfax is clean as well (available and will provide upon request). A binder of paper maintenance records dating back to 2011 is included with the sale. The most recent service was a flywheel and clutch replacement in October 2025 at 144,832 miles. The valves and valve cover gasket have been routinely serviced, last completed at about 142,100 miles. Additionally, the rear subframe has been inspected and an oil sample analysis has been completed with no issues identified – photos and video of underside and copy of oil sample analysis available, will provide upon request. The original 19″ ZCP/CSL-style wheels were cosmetically refurbished in 2021. The car is currently fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (fronts 245/35, rears 275/30), which I recommend replacing due to age. PPF was applied to the front bumper, front half of the hood, front half of front quarter panels, and sideview mirrors from about 8,000 miles in 2010 through about 142,000 miles in 2021. PPF remains on the side skirts and part of the rear wheel arches, hence the discoloration in those areas as shown in the photos. The only modifications are AC Schnitzer pedals and handbrake and a set of H&R lowering springs. The original stock springs are included with the sale, along with rubber floor mats, a rear window roofline spoiler, 2 keys, and the owner’s manual. Cash only (no loans). No trades.
